Appellation Apartments

It’s no exaggeration to say that the new Residential Living Appellation apartment homes at the Meadows offer retirement living at its best. These new apartments offer up to 1,076 square feet of living space. There are one-bedroom styles, one-bedroom-plus-den styles, and three different two-bedroom styles to choose from.

They come equipped with full kitchens featuring granite countertops, beautiful wood flooring, fine wood cabinetry, a microwave, and a cook-top stove. Many Appellation apartment homes come with a full-sized refrigerator and a range with an oven. All Appellation apartments have a stacked washer/dryer, a walk-in shower, and ample closet space.

The living and dining areas are incredibly spacious and comfortable, as are each of the bedrooms. In addition, each apartment offers at least one private outdoor patio with lots of room and beautiful views. Several Appellation apartments offer two private outdoor patios.

An “appellation” is a legally defined geographical indication used to identify where the grapes for a wine were grown—and because Napa is the very heart of the nation’s wine industry, everyone agreed that the perfect name for the spacious new residences would be the Appellation apartments.

These lovely residences are now ready for occupancy and reservations are being taken. There are only 22 of the new Residential Living apartments available, and we are sure they will be reserved quickly.
