The Meadows of Napa Valley enjoys one of the most spectacular locations imaginable! Our community is situated on a beautiful 20-acre campus with views of the rolling foothills, blue skies, our verdant grounds with mature trees, and a nature preserve.

Another thing that makes our location so special is that our community sits in the very heart of California’s Wine Country. The Napa Valley is known for its expansive vineyards as far as the eye can see, fields of wild mustard that bloom in the spring, and rolling green hills dotted with olive and eucalyptus trees. Talk about prime real estate!

The City of Napa is a charming place with a friendly, small-town atmosphere. Napa’s historic downtown has been completely revitalized, and today, acclaimed restaurants are around every corner and specialty boutiques offer one-of-a-kind fashion and gifts. The new Riverfront of Napa project offers a whole new experience for Napa residents and visitors. The Riverfront was designed as a mixed-use community offering condominium residences, cafes, restaurants, shops of all types, and an array of cultural opportunities.

The new Napa River Trail provides a recreational trail along the Napa River’s west bank. There’s also the new Veterans Park, which allows people to enjoy views of the river or take in some open-air entertainment. The Napa Valley Opera House and the Margrit Biever Mondavi Theatre are also downtown, presenting plays, musical theatre, opera, dance, chamber music, and jazz throughout the year.

The Meadows' location also offers convenience and easy access to a wide variety of services. The Meadows' shuttle bus makes regularly scheduled trips into town so you can take care of your banking, visit your private physician, or take care of other personal business.
